Mould, water and fire jobs are landing faster than our own crews can cover across the Conejo Valley, and we'd rather pass the overflow to good self-employed techs than turn work away. We hand subcontract work to independent mould, water- and fire-restoration pros, inspectors and small outfits — this is an independent-contractor role, not an employee position, and it is not about bringing us leads. It is hands-on restoration, paid per job.
